73 Mach1 Rear Window Channel Repair

Above shows channel after being wire brushed, cleaned with Por-15's: "Marine Clean", and prepared with Por-15's: "Metal Ready".
 

One coat of Por-15 is applied and patches of their fiberglass cloth are stuck over the holes while the Por-15 is still tacky.
 

A second coat of Por-15 is applied 5 or more hours later.
 

Por-15's: "Epoxy Putty" is applied over fiberglass mesh and used to fill pitted valleys, allowed to cure, and wet sanded smooth.
 

Finally, Por-15's: "Tie Coat Primer" is applied and wet sanded which will allow me to finish coat it.
